Welcome to Tamraght Surf Experience. By booking or participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Activities

We offer outdoor experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Surf Lessons

  • Private Surf Coaching

  • Open Group Surf Lessons

  • Surfskate Lessons

  • Sandboarding

  • Team Building Experiences

  • Private Group Activities

  • Other outdoor experiences organized by Tamraght Surf Experience

2. Participation and Personal Responsibility

Our activities take place in natural outdoor environments where conditions can change and where inherent risks exist.

By participating, you acknowledge that surfing, surfskating, sandboarding, and similar activities involve physical effort and natural hazards, including but not limited to falls, collisions, changing weather, ocean conditions, waves, currents, and uneven terrain.

Participation is voluntary, and each guest accepts these inherent risks.

3. Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part in the activity.

Any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy, or other circumstance that could affect participation should be disclosed before the activity begins.

Tamraght Surf Experience reserves the right to refuse participation if safety may be compromised.

4. Safety Instructions

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all instructions from coaches and staff.

  • Respect safety rules.

  • Use equipment responsibly.

  • Behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in the activity being stopped without a refund.

5. Equipment

Equipment provided remains the property of Tamraght Surf Experience.

Guests are expected to use all equipment responsibly and report any damage immediately.

Participants may be responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse or reckless behavior.

6. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once accepted by Tamraght Surf Experience.

Payment methods and booking conditions will be communicated during the reservation process.

7. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation may be available according to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.

Weather conditions, ocean safety, or unforeseen circumstances may require us to modify, postpone, or cancel an activity in the interest of participant safety.

8. Photography and Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during activities.

Unless a participant objects before the activity, these images may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

9. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Tamraght Surf Experience is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

10. Travel and Personal Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel and personal accident insurance before participating in our activities.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have any insurance coverage they consider necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamraght Surf Experience shall not be liable for losses, injuries, damages, delays, or expenses arising from:

  • The inherent risks of outdoor and adventure activities.

  • Natural conditions beyond our control.

  • Failure by participants to follow safety instructions.

  • Information that was not disclosed by the participant.

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Team Building and Private Groups

The person making a group booking confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the participants and agrees to communicate these Terms & Conditions to all members of the group.

13. Changes to Services

Tamraght Surf Experience reserves the right to make reasonable changes to activity schedules, locations, instructors, or equipment when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

14. Acceptance of These Terms

By making a booking or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
